The Issue Tracker let’s you easily search for existing bugs and see their statuses, descriptions, and priorities.

Before you use the Issue Tracker to search for or file a bug, please make sure you have the latest version of the Metasploit Framework.

Reasons to use the Issue Tracker

  • Find out if a bug has already been reported before you report it.
  • View the status and progress of a bug.
  • Discover any workarounds information provided for the bug.
  • Find out if the latest version of the Metasploit Framework has a fix for your bug.

Filing a new bug

If you’ve researched an issue on the Issue Tracker and are convinced that it’s an unknown bug, please report a bug. If you’re unsure, you can post the new issue on the IRC channel or mailing list to get a second opinion.
